As a lifelong resident of Chicago, Stephen Hnatow began his real estate career in 2007 and quickly became a multi-million dollar producer. With a background in Management Information Technology from – Loras College, Stephen leverages technology, utilizing a variety of websites and tools to provide the most accurate and timely data in purchasing or selling a home. Stephen thrives on analytical thinking, problem-solving and statistics; he understands home data and trends and has the ability to communicate this information efficiently to each client.
As his business doubled three years consecutively from 2010 through 2012, Stephen began working with Ryan Douglas Wells in the summer of 2012. Ryan, hailing from Ohio, moved to Chicago in 2006 and sought to find a focus for his unique set of skills. Ryan’s approach was different and complimentary of Stephen’s path. Ryan believes each client will have a different definition of “success,” and he has built his business on helping his clients identify their own paths, understanding the options available to them within the marketplace.
Stephen and Ryan officially partnered in 2015 with a specific goal: purchasing a home should be a time filled with joy and excitement; while selling a home should be seamless and a stress-free process. By keeping their clients informed and prepared throughout the entire process, they make the journey fun and enjoyable.
